Suede Brush

A traditional suede brush designed to lift dirt and restore suede’s distinctive texture.

The Grisport Suede Brush uses fine wire bristles to remove dried dirt, dust and surface residue from suede footwear. Gentle brushing also lifts and revives the nap, helping tired or flattened suede regain its soft, textured appearance.

The comfortable wooden handle provides good control, allowing you to work lightly and accurately without applying excessive pressure.

How to use:

1. Allow wet or muddy footwear to dry completely at room temperature. Never brush suede while it is wet.

2. Remove any heavy, loose mud gently before using the wire brush.

3. Test the brush on a small, inconspicuous area first.

4. Using very light pressure, brush the suede gently in one direction to lift away remaining dirt and revive the nap.

5. Pay particular attention around seams and delicate areas, avoiding vigorous scrubbing.

6. For stubborn marks, use a specialist suede cleaner and follow its instructions. Allow the suede to dry naturally before brushing again.

7. Once clean and completely dry, finish with Grisport Protector Spray to help protect against water, oil and staining.

For suede footwear only. Do not use on nubuck, smooth leather, waxed leather, synthetic materials or delicate decorative finishes.
