FAQs about men's Wellington boots

Are Wellington boots adjustable around the calf?

Grisport's range of men's wellies includes designs with an adjustable calf strap that ensures exceptional comfort around that area. This allows for thicker trousers and socks or for those with a wide calf to adjust the strap to their needs.

How do I clean my Wellington boots?

The easiest time to clean your boots is when the mud is fresh. Firstly, wipe them down with a cloth or use a hose to get the mud/sand/muck off to ensure they don't cause any lasting damage. If your boots have a buckle, make sure you clean that area too, especially if they're exposed to salt water. Then leave them to dry naturally in a well-ventilated place, but don't leave them near a radiator as extreme temperatures can cause them to dry and crack.

How long should Wellington boots last?

This will depend on how often they're worn, the conditions they're worn in and how well they're looked after. If they're worn daily, especially during the winter months, they're likely to last around two years. If you wear them infrequently, they may last longer.
