Free Exchanges & Easy Returns (UK Only)

At Grisport UK, we offer a generous 90-day returns period from the date you receive your order.

Items may be returned for a refund or size exchange, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition.

This 90-day policy is a goodwill offer and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law if items are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.


Condition of Returns

Returned items must:

  • be unworn, unmarked and clean
  • be tried on indoors only (on clean or carpeted floors)
  • be returned in the original shoebox with all original tags intact

Please do not attach return labels directly to the shoebox or damage it. If the box or product is returned in a condition that prevents resale, a deduction may be applied to your refund.


How to Return – UK Orders

To make returns as easy as possible, UK orders include a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label.

Please:

  1. Package items securely
  2. Include your original paperwork (or order number)
  3. Attach the label to the outer packaging
  4. Take the parcel to a Post Office and obtain proof of postage

You can track your return using the barcode on your receipt via Royal Mail.


Refunds (UK)

If you are requesting a refund:

  • Please clearly state this inside your parcel
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • A £2.50 deduction is applied when using our pre-paid returns label

This deduction does not apply where the item is faulty or incorrect and confirmed upon inspection.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, in line with UK consumer law.
In most cases, returns are processed within 7 working days, but please allow the full timeframe during busy periods.


Exchanges (UK)

If you would like an exchange:

  • Please clearly note the required size on your invoice or paperwork
  • Exchanges are free of charge, including re-delivery (subject to stock availability)

If we are unable to fulfil your exchange, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return.

Please note: return postage costs will not be refunded if you choose to use your own carrier.


International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for 100% of the return postage cost. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service.

International orders:

  • must be returned for a refund only
  • cannot be exchanged
  • may take up to 28 days to be received and processed

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, and replacement items cannot be sent without a new delivery charge.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact Customer Services as soon as possible.

We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any reasonable return postage costs, in line with your legal rights.


Free Gift Offers

Where an order includes a free gift or accessory pack, this must be returned if the entire order is refunded.
If any item kept from the order has a value of £70 or more, the free gift may be retained.


Third-Party Purchases

We can only process returns for items purchased directly from www.grisport.co.uk.

If your item was purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly with your proof of purchase.


Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the policy will remain valid.
