The Grisport Worker Safety Shoe is the same specification as our best selling Grisport Contractor Brown Safety Boot. The only difference between these two boots is that this model is low cut in appearance. This boot is an extremely high-quality Anti Static boot which has been awarded a safety level of S3-HRO-HI. The boot has a multipurpose grease-resistant, heat resistant, self-cleaning sole giving it full protection and functionality.
As the boot is fully S3 protected, it is therefore finished with a number of specific specification features including antistatic, external resistance to fuel oil of outside, energy absorption of the heel region and so on. This boot is also fully water resistant on the upper, as well as being penetration resistance thanks to its anti-perforation steel midsole. The shoe is extremely lightweight at only 147g, and with its FC flex composite is therefore very comfortable and wearable as a safety shoe. Aesthetically, this trainer style safety shoe is finished with a black leather and the vibrant yellow Grisport logo.

Deliveries:
Any customs or import duties that arise when a parcel reaches a destination country must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. There are no duties payable to EU Countries for orders under £150 in value.
We accept no responsibility or liability for these charges. We have no way of knowing what the charges are from country to country so cannot offer any advice on this. We suggest to contact your local customs office prior to placing an order with us.
International orders are generally received by customers in 7 working days.
Goods are sent to you from our UK warehouse via DPD and Royal Mail, or FEDEX for International Deliveries. If for any reason the item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you within 1 working day.
FREE EXCHANGES & EASY RETURNS - UK ONLY:
Grisport offer a generous 90 day returns policy where any orders can be returned to us, for a refund or size exchange as long as the item is returned in its original, unworn condition.
Our aim is to make the returns process as easy and as simple as possible. In your delivery you will receive a pre-paid Royal mail returns label. Simply package your return items securely, with your original paperwork inside and take them to your nearest Post Office. Get a proof of postage receipt & they will send the shoes back to us.
As soon as the order has been returned back, opened and inspected, we will scan your return paperwork and you will receive an email to confirm this. We will either issue a refund for the total goods returned (less a £2.50 returns postage charge) or send a replacement at your instruction - This applies to the UK only.

REQUESTING A REFUND:
If you require a refund, please note this inside your parcel. We will issue a refund, minus a £2.50 charge for using our pre-paid postage label. This charge will not be deducted if the reason for return is "faulty, and the product is found to be upon inspection". If you believe this to be the case, please add a detailed description of the issue with your return.
Your refund will be paid within 14 days of receipt. Please allow 14 days for items to arrive back at returns.
Usually, the return and refund/exchange process takes around 7 business days to be completed but please allow the above time scale in busy periods.
REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE:
If you require an exchange, please use the invoice supplied in your order to outline exactly what you would like and pop it inside your return. We will send the replacement (stock permitting) as soon as possible. If, for any reason we are unable to fulfil your exchange, we will refund your shoes within 14 days.

FOR UNWORN ITEMS: PLEASE RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BOX IN THE CONDITION IT WAS SENT IN. DO NOT ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL DIRECTLY TO THE SHOE BOX AS THERE WILL BE DEDUCTIONS IN YOUR REFUND.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceable of the remainder.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
You will be responsible for 100% of the cost in returning the shoes back to us - we suggest you use a signed for service. Please allow 28 days for this process to complete.

Goods returned for a refund should also be sent back along with the accessory pack received with the order. This only applies to single pair orders or multiple pair orders where everything has been returned. The accessory pack can be retained if any item worth £50.00 or more is kept on the order.
