Extended Christmas returns policy

Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 1st November 2017. This means that you can now return online purchases up until 26th January 2018, NORMAL EXCLUSIONS APPLY.

Deliveries:

  • UK orders over £25 are sent carriage free.
  • UK orders under £25 incur a carriage charge of £4.00 per order
  • International orders are sent with 2 working days and all incur a delivery charge, regardless of value. These are as follows:

We aim to send your order right away on week days (excluding Bank Holidays). We will normally send your order to you in 24-48 hours for UK deliveries. International orders are generally received by customers in 4 - 7 working days. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.

**PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO BANK HOLIDAYS AND LIMITED COURIER SERVICES, DELIVERY TIMES WILL BE SLOWER THAN OUR NORMAL SERVICE. SOME DELIVERIES MAY TAKE 4-5 WORKING DAYS, ESPECIALLY OVER CHRISTMASDURING THIS PERIOD AND WE ASK THAT YOU CONSIDER THIS WHEN ORDERING**

Goods are sent to you from our UK warehouse via DPD, Post or NORSK International Transport. If for any reason the item is out of stock we will contact you within 1 working day. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you, however stock permitting, all orders placed online are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days from when the order was placed.

FREE EXCHANGES & EASY RETURNS - UK CUSTOMERS ONLY

At Grisport UK our aim is to make the returns process as easy and as simple as possible. In your delivery you will receive a pre-printed label from the Royal Mail. You don't need to add any postage charge to this, simply package your shoes securely and take them to your nearest Post Office.

Get a proof of postage & they will send the shoes back to us.

As soon as the shoes come back we will either issue a refund for the goods (less a £2.50 returns postage charge) or send a replacement - This applies to the UK only.

REQUESTING A REFUND:

If you require a refund, please note this inside your parcel. We will issue a refund, minus a £2.50 charge for using our pre-paid postage label.

REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE

If you require an exchange, please use the form supplied to outline exactly what you would like. We will send the replacement as soon as possible. Return of the parcel is free if you use our pre-paid label. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your exchange, we will refund your shoes within 7 days.

PLEASE NOTE:

We do not offer our easy exchange service and returns label for International Orders. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We have an international collection point set up in the USA only - please contact us for details.

If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceable of the remainder.

Grisport offer a generous 28 day returns policy where any orders can be returned to us, for whatever reason, for a full refund or size exchange as long is the item is returned in its original, unworn condition. Items bought from 1st November 2016, can be returned for a full credit or exchange (minus postage charge) up until 20th January 2017. This will allow any items bought as Christmas gifts to be exchanged or refunded if they are not suitable for whatever reason.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We have a collection point set up in each International Country to handle returns. You will be responsible for 100% of the cost in returning the shoes to this collection point in your own Country - we suggest you use a signed for service. We will then pay the cost of bringing the shoes back to the UK for a refund. Please allow 28 days for this process to complete.

Please note that we do not refund the original delivery charge and cannot send replacement items out free of another delivery charge.
