Our Returns Policy

CORONAVIRUS COVID-19:

We have extended our returns window so that you now have 60 days to make any returns.

At Grisport UK our aim is to make the returns process as easy and as simple as possible. In your delivery you will receive a pre-printed label from the Royal Mail. You don't need to add any postage charge to this, simply package your shoes securely, with your original paperwork and take them to your nearest Post Office. Get a proof of postage & they will send the shoes back to us.

FREE EXCHANGES & EASY RETURNS - UK ONLY:

At Grisport UK our aim is to make the returns process as easy and as simple as possible. In your delivery you will receive a pre-printed label from the Royal Mail. You don't need to add any postage charge to this, simply package your shoes securely, with your original paperwork and take them to your nearest Post Office. Get a proof of postage & they will send the shoes back to us.

PLEASE RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BOX IN THE CONDITION IT WAS SENT IN. DO NOT ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL DIRECTLY TO THE BOX AS THERE MAY BE DEDUCTIONS IN YOUR REFUND.

Grisport offer a generous 28 day returns policy (60 days during the Coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak) where any orders can be returned to us, for whatever reason, for a full refund or size exchange as long is the item is returned in its original, unworn condition.

As soon as the shoes come back, we will either issue a refund for the goods (less a £2.50 returns postage charge) or send a replacement - This applies to the UK only.

REQUESTING A REFUND:

If you require a refund, please note this inside your parcel. We will issue a refund, minus a £2.50 charge for using our pre-paid postage label. 

REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE:

If you require an exchange, please use the form supplied to outline exactly what you would like. We will send the replacement as soon as possible. Return of the parcel is free if you use our pre-paid label. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your exchange, we will refund your shoes within 7 days. If you wish to send the goods back yourself, please send to:

Your refund will be paid within 30 days. Please allow 14 days for items to arrive back at returns.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceable of the remainder.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

You will be responsible for 100% of the cost in returning the shoes back to us - we suggest you use a signed for service. Please allow 28 days for this process to complete.

Please note that we do not refund the original delivery charge and cannot send replacement items out free of another delivery charge.

Should your return your boot or shoe purchase and do not send back your free walking pack we will refund you your boot or shoe purchase cost LESS £30.00 Should you return your walking pack along with your purchase we will refund you the full amount.
