These are the exact laces that we use in the manufacture of our Boots. 150cm is the length that we recommend for use in our boots such as Everest, Quatro etc. Either match the colour shown to your existing lace or add in a new colour for a brand new look.
Any customs or import duties that arise when a parcel reaches a destination country must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. There are no duties payable to EU Countries for orders under £150 in value.
We accept no responsibility or liability for these charges. We have no way of knowing what the charges are from country to country so cannot offer any advice on this. We suggest to contact your local customs office prior to placing an order with us.
We aim to send your order right away on week days (excluding Bank Holidays). We will normally send your order to you in 24-48 hours for UK deliveries. International orders are generally received by customers in 7 working days. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.

Goods are sent to you from our UK warehouse via DPD, UK Post or FEDEX for International Deliveries. If for any reason the item is out of stock we will contact you within 1 working day. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you, however stock permitting, all orders placed online are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days from when the order was placed.
We have extended our returns window so that you now have 60 days to make any returns.
FREE EXCHANGES & EASY RETURNS - UK ONLY:
Grisport offer a generous 28 day returns policy (60 days during the Coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak) where any orders can be returned to us, for whatever reason, for a full refund or size exchange as long as the item is returned in its original, unworn condition.
Our aim is to make the returns process as easy and as simple as possible. In your delivery you will receive a pre-paid Royal mail returns label. Simply package your return items securely, with your original paperwork inside and take them to your nearest Post Office. Get a proof of postage receipt & they will send the shoes back to us.
As soon as the order has been returned back, opened and inspected, we will scan your return paperwork and you will receive an email to confirm this. We will either issue a refund for the total goods returned (less a £2.50 returns postage charge) or send a replacement at your instruction - This applies to the UK only.

REQUESTING A REFUND:
If you require a refund, please note this inside your parcel. We will issue a refund, minus a £2.50 charge for using our pre-paid postage label. This charge will not be deducted if the reason for return is "faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose". If you believe this to be the case, please add a detailed description of the issue with your return.
Your refund will be paid within 14 days of receipt. Please allow 14 days for items to arrive back at returns.
Usually, the return and refund/exchange process takes around 7 business days to be completed but please allow the above time scale in busy periods.
REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE:
If you require an exchange, please use the form supplied in your order to outline exactly what you would like. We will send the replacement as soon as possible. Return of the parcel is free if you use our pre-paid label. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your exchange, we will refund your shoes within 14 days.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceable of the remainder.
You will be responsible for 100% of the cost in returning the shoes back to us - we suggest you use a signed for service. Please allow 28 days for this process to complete.

Goods returned for a refund should also be sent back along with the accessory pack received with the order. This only applies to single pair orders or multiple pair orders where everything has been returned. The accessory pack can be retained if any item worth £50.00 or more is kept on the order.
